So excited - I know I lost some weight because I cheated and weighed myself early. I am trying to stick to weighing myself on Wednesdays only. That is also when I will weigh in here to get the real scoop.
Eating healthy - Pushing hard in my workouts - Drinking lots of water
Working hard to stick to these rules...plus a few others, but these are the main ones.

So...I am thinking that I did not do too bad today. Made it to the gym at 4:30am and drank lots of water. I was also below my RDI.
I am struggling with the late night (after 7) eating, and it is only day 1 -- lol. I will have to keep telling myself that this will all become routine after about a month. The first two weeks will be the hardest within regards to willpower. After that things will hopefully get a little easier.

Back at it again. I cannot believe that I have allowed my weight to spiral out of control yet again. All of the hard work that I put forth 4 years ago will have to start again. Here is to a new year -- My resolution is not necessarily to lose weight, but is for a little less talk and a little more action (Thank You Elvis!). Time to get started :)
