PLease help me lose weight!
Hey everyone so i really need to lose weight!
I am very active and gain muscle very easily. It is not attractive though because i would rather be lean then have big bulky thighs. I eat around 1500 calories a day. I think i may over work out because i will go running about 5 times a week and will do strength training which includes just ab workouts and butt lifts and stuff like that. Do i need to excersise less? Also which cardio workout doesn't make you bulk up/ how many days should i work out? I am not loosing weight and i do not know why.
Heres a sample of what my meals look like
-Breakfast: Fruit smoothie with protein powder
-Snack: Carrots/ celery with hummus
-Lunch: Spinach salad with chicken, red wine and olive oil dressing
-Snack: Protein bar, or some more fruit or vegitables
-Dinner: Turkey or Chicken and steamed vegitables.
Sometimes i have larger snacks if i am hungry.
BUt please can you help me figure out why im not loosing weight/ and give me tips? i want to get slim for summer!

haha no, i have alot of muscle i just need to loose weight. i think my bmi is 22? or something along those lines.

Will this help me lose weight?
alright so right at the moment i weigh 148 pounds. i am 17 and i am 5'8/ 5'9 female
when you look at me i do not look like i weight this much, probably becuase i can build muscle easily.
BUT, i do have fat that i would LOVE to get rid of.
i am very active, i workout almost everyday of the week or 6 days a week.
i just started eating VERy healthy about a month ago.
i have been trying for the longest time to lose weight but its so hard, and i am eating super healthy about 1,200 calories a day or 1,400.
this is my eating schedule

breakfast: berry protein smoothie (berries, protein powder, ice, and water)
snack: celery and carrots or some sort of fruit
lunch: green salad with chicken
snack: granola and yogurt
dinner: turkey burger (without bun) and steamed broccoli

my ultimate goal weight is 120 pounds
how long would it take me to reach this goal?
