Hrm! Dance Dance Revolution sounds like a great idea to get my blood pumping. I wonder if Wii Fit would be hard on me and my healing ankle?
I've decided to try and walk 10-15K steps a day. Kinda hard right now but I'll figure it out.

It's really tough to exercise with a (somewhat) broken ankle. I've been doing my best, but any suggestions anyone might have, I'd be willing to take them!

Been getting used to the Paleodiet.
Ate about 2300 calories today, give or take. Not counting hard core yet because I'm getting used to the diet.
