11:30 am - tomato/onions/peppers salad with feta cheese
03:30 pm - grilled beef steak, grilled zucchini
06:30 pm - three small nectarines

Better results then last week, but still not as good as they used to be.
Weigh-in:
260.4 lb
lost so far:
35.1 lb
still to go:
39.9 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

(FS day 58, Saturday, 7th July):
09:30 am - mixed cereals with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - grilled beef steak with mushroom sauce, mixed salad, grilled veggies
06:30 pm - grilled chicken meat, tomato salad, grilled zucchini
We had a picnic today so I also had a couple of beers. Not feeling good about it, but I will survive :)

12:30 pm - grilled turkey steak with mushroom sauce, dry white rice, cabbage/beans salad
05:30 pm - fresh pineapple
08:30 pm - mixed salad with italian dressing
