Low calorie foods
Personally, a cheese omelette with some tomatoes (about 400 cals) at 7am will keep me going until after 2pm with a hot yoga session thrown in for good measure. I used to eat porridge (same cals) and be ravenous by 9am. I guess it depends on your metabolism - listen to your body rather than the perceived wisdom - even mine Smile

Total - full fat - with strawberries, blueberries, walnuts & almonds. Mmmmmm
