Power 90
I've done Power 90 and it is a good starting point if you are new to exercise in general, however you will probably master it quickly and it will not be as challenging in just a few short weeks. I think you will be fine jumping into P90X right off the bat (most people are). All of the exercises are modifiable and you just "do your best and forget the rest" which is what he tells you in the videos MULTIPLE times. FYI, I am a certified Beachbody Coach and I'd be glad to answer any questions that you may have about any of their programs, or just fitness and nutrition in general.
