I'm immensely sleepy now (after lunch). Wondering what I ate that made me feel so tired or if it's just lack of sleep since the weekend /:
[...]
So I just went to check what I ate last time I was feeling really sleepy and it was exactly the same thing I had today for lunch (except for the tacos). So probably is the meatless mexican thing that makes me feel sleepy?

So, I started eating the potatoes 3h after dinner since last Thursday. I've heard that, when your body is getting used to the amount of serotonin, you have lots of vibrant dreams. THAT'S SO TRUE. Omg, I have like one dream after the other, it's incredible... and I wake up feeling up and happy and silly, remembering all the crazy dreams I just had... at least, it's good to know that it's working for me.
Yesterday was a nice day. And so was Monday. I'm so happy I actually built a meal that is working for me and not making me cranky later in the afternoon. And I don't crash right before lunch either! It's amazing! I'm so scared of what's gonna happen when I move and how long it's gonna take until I work all this food thing out again. D: Scary! *-*~

I'm journaling more than usual. Great, that's what I wanted. Monday started bad, really stressed out. Tuesday too. Wednesday got better. Thursday was amazing and today is being the best! (: My wee always start a little off, because I always take my day off on Sundays, so I eat more than I'm used to and the amount of sugar is higher, so I do get a little overwhelmed. But it's good to know that I can always get back on track over the week and that actually doesn't affect me that much. It's worth it, I would say. You know, just go out, eat out, relax, forget about counting calories, carbs, sugar, etc. I always keep the quality of what I'm eating on check, which means I won't eat refined sugar or high corn fructose syrup. But I'll get some great cinnamon cake made with whole wheat flour and sweetened with raw cane juice. I know I'll eat almost the whole thing because it's like "I don't wanna bring it home, I don't wanna eat it over the week", so I rather buy things that I can eat in one day, so I won't have temptations at home. I figured the best way to do it is to go out and have some with a friend... so you guys can talk, share and finish. It's amazing. If I'm on my own, I'd probably get something small (really small) just to make sure that I get satisfied and that's it. When going with a friend, you can get bigger sweets and get more variety. Anyways, I still love my Sundays at Whole Foods. It raises my beta-endorphin levels (just like I learned this week reading Potatoes Not Prozac).
ps. I'm feeling a little tired. But you know, it's probably because it's raining, there's nothing to do, I've got NOTHING to do and so my metabolism probably slows down. It's either that or the 1/3 of a banana I added on my cereal? Hm. I'll try again without the banana and see.
