losing 6.0 lb a week

Hello, folks!
So, a couple months ago, I've heard about Atkins for the first time. I read the book and got really excited about the idea. I tried to do the diet, but I failed with just 2 days (I couldn't give up on fruits, it was killing me! The idea of not being able to eat any fruit for 2 weeks just didn't seem right). But on the bright side, I've learn a lot about carbs and sugar with Atkins and I kept that for me.
Exactly a month ago, I cut sugar. For a week, I didn't eat ANY kind of processed sugar. It was awesome. I felt so much better and alive and I never imagined I would be able to cut sugar (specially chocolate and ice cream). After a week, I bought 2 organic cereals from Nature's Path, each of them with 2 grams of Evaporated Organic Juice per serving. I know Evaporated Cane Juice isn't the best sugar available, but it was just 2 grams (the organic cereal with less sugar I've found so far) so I was willing to give it a try. I was scared and afraid that my craving for sugar/carbs would come back, but it didn't. After 2 weeks, I bought my first organic chocolate (Green & Black's, Dark Chocolate, 85%). It was the most delicious thing I could ever have tried! And it's made with Organic Sugar, which is even better than Evaporated Organic Juice. And that was the only chocolate I've had so far.
But since I've cut a lot of carbs, my body started craving for fat. It's just unbelievable. I've never even liked parmesan or provolone 'till now. If I see them, I can't stop eating them. So I'm not sure what's wrong with my body (maybe hormones?) or if it's just normal because of the lack of carbs. Maybe I should just go and see a nutritionist...
