So, I received some bad news last night and you know what came along with the bad news? A craving for Doritos and cookies. I really have to reprogram my mind not to have food cravings when things don't work out as I would like them to. Granted it took a while for me to want those things, but as I lay in bed thinking about my dilemma I thought about stuffing my face with cool ranch Doritos and chocolate chip cookies. Daydreaming.

Monday, hooray!!! Although I am still bloated and hungry as heck I am looking forward to working out this afternoon. This weekend I was; tired, irritable and hungry, glad that part is over with. I am drinking plenty of water to flush my system and I have a positive state of mind for the week. Have a great week everyone!!

Let me tell you why I am not crying my eyes out in a corner in the fetal position. My aunt Flo came into town this morning just in time to ruin my weigh-in, BUT the weight gain is mostly water, I lost 1.6 lbs in fat and I gained muscle so it all makes sense and I am okay with it.
Weigh-in:
165.8 lb
lost so far:
24.7 lb
still to go:
10.8 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Tomorrow is weigh-in day. GULP! I already know what I did wrong, so here's to hoping that I did not gain any weight. Have a wonderful weekend my friends.
