Traveled for business most of week--ate more meat than usual over the holiday but hit my vegan before 6 rest of the week---and stayed vegan all day yesterday--bike was in the shop--out yesterday--quick 13 miles in the afternoon and good 21 this AM---need to get on the scale--clothes a bit looser but so much more to go

20 miles --very strong SSE wind--over 20 with strong gust---9 miles of the ride was into this wind---

A little under 15 miles this morning--first felt ill, then found my clip backing was loose and had to fix that, then had to dismount in the tunnel due to more bike traffic and accidentally displaced my cycle computer--had to back track to find it and a 22 mph NW head wind with 43 degree ambient temp---just glad that ride is history--had planned on 20 + this morning--

I actually weighed in at a staggering 221 pounds when I first started this diet so I acctually lost 4 pound the first week--not water weight but reall weight I believe...only weighing in once a week-
