Gave up on veg diet--enjoyed the variety but I don't think I can really lose and/or maintain weight loss on anything but LCHF

Slow but steady weight loss and so easy---still biking hard--getting in around a 100 to 110 miles per week--shooting for 140 average---added HIIT intervals to the biking and a bit if hill work---went back to a standard crank from compact----also addded HIIT workouts 3 times a week to home training---doing the 7 minute one---interesting how hard that is--broke the 200 pound barrier and shooting for nother 30 pounds or so loss--hopefully by end of summer

Staying with the Vegan before 6 program--so very easy--actually only eating any animal protein, at most 2 or 3 times a week---biking going well--average 20 miles each morning before work if not traveling--lost about 11 pounds---39 to go
