today was a great day. i got to have sweet potatoes and they are soooo yummy! i ran outside today and it was fun. it is starting to get hot here but i am glad that we are leaving before it gets really hot.

4 thin slices ham
mixed veggies
2 TBSP parmasean cheese
Snack:
3 oz tuna
1 TBSP peanut butter
Dinner:
crab legs
green beans
cottage cheese
spin class 30 minutes
weights w/ arms
squats/lunges b/t reps
everyone was eating oreos today. yummy! i stayed away from them thank god. other than that i had an awesome day!

SB oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1 cup veggie soup
small salad w/ 1 TBSP ranch dressing
Snack:
2 handfuls trail mix
Dinner:
mongolian BBQ-veggies, chicken, soy sauce
today was good but i had some trail mix and felt kind of bad about it. i only had 2 handfuls this time. my boyfriends mom sent some in a package and we had to atleast try it!! they had mongolian bbq at the chow hall tonight and it is so delish! it is my favorite night to eat. i hope everyone has a great day....

I was happy this morning b/c i had lost another 1 1/2 pounds. yay! so i have lost 21 pounds all together and that is just crazy to me. i am happy!
