Hello,

Ok, I came back last week ready to get back on the diet bandwagon. Well I did and I was gaining weight. Well I assume I needed to shock my body and eat what I want but in moderation and what do you know, the scale started to move again. Well this is the blessing I've always wanted, to lose weight and eat what I WANT! No need to complain. Last night, I was in the mood for Mexican food but this is what I did. I divided the meal into 3 portions! and ate one portion for dinner last nite. Now the meal was originally around 1000 calories and by cutting it into thirds, I narrowed it down to a little over 300 calories. My husband commends my will power. LOL!

Dance practice on tonight. It's a calorie scorcher and it's fun so it doesn't feel like a workout really but is.

My legs and thighs are getting so toned and muscular. Now why won't my hips and abs follow suit?

Well I jumped right back into my healthy routine. I even tracked my cals on my iphone. Did P90X, Core Synergestics last nite although I was really tired. I'm glad I did. I fell asleep at around 6:30 pm and woke up at 7:30 pm saying, "I have to be committed and do this, while my husband was saying let's wait til tomorrow" LOL! Well once I was up and warmed up, I was fine.

I'm closer to my waist and hip measurements goal. 3 inches away from the waist of my dreams and 3 inches away from hips that won't stop.

Everyone was shocked to see my transformation when I was in Louisiana. Last time they saw me I was 45 pounds heavier. Still have some toning to do. Oh I forgot to mention I shopped til I dropped with my sissy and the dresses I bought were sizes 6 and 8! Can you believe it? They are a-line so they flatter my small waist and rotund bottom. Ok that's enough about me. Later. Be blessed.

Hello family,

Time to crank it up a notch and lose these last pounds. I've flip flopped between setting my weight goal between 150 and 135 and after much more thought and the fact that I'm 155! (yeah). I'm going for the 135! Let's do this, I can take my time and set my goal date for my 5th wedding anniversary on Dec 18th, 2009. That gives me 4 months to lose 20 pounds. Not bad. 5 pounds a month and of course I'll have to work really hard. But wouldn't it be awesome when I get back in that dress! Who knows, I may just take some pix again for memories, me and the hubby. He's losing weight too.

Lesson for the day, Life is too short to hate, to be unforgiving, to be mean, to be downright unhappy, Live live with love, forgive with no limits, be kind to your enemies and let NOTHING get in the way of your Happiness.
