I had 2 days when I ate slightly more than I wanted, but they other days I tried to compensate. Still I didn't expect 2 kg :) I'm so happy!

Considering that the weekend was rather hectic and that I had birthday yesterday with ice cream included, I actually still lost a kilogram last week. Fantastic :)

Today the first time I cannot finish my lunch. I'm full at 3/4 into my soup. Yay!

The second kg is gone. I'm happy... My back hurts like crazy, but when that is fine, I can start having a more active lifestyle. I bet that will speed things up.

Today I'm not proud of myself. I remained under 1200 kcal but I had sweets. And chocolate too.
