Considering that the weekend was rather hectic and that I had birthday yesterday with ice cream included, I actually still lost a kilogram last week. Fantastic :)
154.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
