Please look at my w/o schedule--need help.
oooo Zumba sounds good. But I need Friday to be a strength training day. Not sure if I should do a ciruct or free weights I dont have much experience with either.

Todays NSV (no small victory)
Sitting at my desk I look down and I can't see my stomach looking back at me! You know that muffin top that sits right above your pants and right under your boobs. Its not all the way gone but I can no longer see it! YAY me!

I Can't be the only one... can I?
I have had the same issue on the eliptial and on the spin bike in class. I keep having to adjust my spin shoes and on the eliptical I have to move my feet around on the pedals. Im glad you brought this up!

Please look at my w/o schedule--need help.
I have revised my w/o schedule
M-spin
T-strenght training w/weights
W- HIIT (20:20:20) eliptical,stairs,treadmil)
TH-spin
F-?????????
S-spin
S-rest
I need help with my Friday. I need this to be my other day of strenght training w/weights or resistance but I only have done group classes for weights. I dont know if I should do the circut or free wieghts? This would be more for upper body since I a lot of lower body work from the other w/o days.
Your thoughts?

Ouch, I am so sore!
I did take a lil break (2 days thursday & Friday) but went right back in Saturday for my 20:20:20 workout. 20 min eliptial intervals , 20 min stairs, 20 treadmil intervals and felt great! Yesteday was spin class for an hour and I STILL feel great. Today is strength traning--might be a lil sore again from that BUT in a good way. Im glad I went in hard at first the pain was just what I needed to wake me up. Thank you all.
