I feel really good today. Been up'in my water intake so I have to pee every 5 minutes. I also replen'd my vitamins. I have to take them later in the afternoon if I take them too early my tummy hurts.
Did all my food prep for the rest of the week so I am prepared! I bought some babybel minis those are delish along with some almonds I was satisfied until lunch!
OAN: I fried my hair with bad hair color so now i need to do some wig shopping. Got my protien bar in my bag along wiht my water in case I hear some rummblin from my tummy.
For those of you banded and gaining. DO NOT FEEL bad! I learned how to eat around the band years ago and have been cheating every since. I went back to the old LB support groups and re-read everything I could its a nice way to remind yourself of why you did it and to kick start you into thinking like a bandster again.

look at what happened to me when I did not hold myself accountable. I kept thinking gosh they are really changing the fit of jeans nowdays...NO I have not weighed myself or followed any kind of plan ad gained 20lbs is a year! Back on track!

Im engaged! YAY now im in full on bridal bootcamp mode. I want to look good for my soon to be husband and wedding :)
