My curiosity is killing me!!!!!
You are taking control over your weight at young age so I wouldn't beat yourself up over making a couple simple mistakes on the diet Smile I make mistakes on this diet all the time. You just pick yourself back up and start fresh. You have lost a ton of weight so I would say that is something to celebrate Smile

My curiosity is killing me!!!!!
I would go to Atkins website and sign up. They send you a starter kit that is a way toned down verison of the book and includes a list of foods that you can eat on induction. Also you are allowed to do induction for longer than two weeks. You are supposed to be at 20 net carbs a day. Net carbs are the total carbs minus the dietary fiber. You want to get 12-15 of those net carbs from vegetables. Yogurt is not allowed on the diet so I would cut that out. I would start clicking on people profiles and looking at their diet calendars and that should give you an idea of different foods you can eat Smile Hope that helps!!

Atkin's therapy needed!
I just broke a two month stall where I was moving up and down for two months. I wanted to give up too but don't!! I cut out processed meat and switched out my coffee for tea and it seems to be helping. Green tea is my new best freind Smile Added some berries in a few days which are not induction friendly but I stayed below 20 carbs. I think I just needed to switch it up and that is the best advice I have gotten. Try to mix up what you eat (staying true to induction foods) and what your activity level is. Keep moving. Drink water Smile
