6/22 Slept from 12 am to 2 pm. Only up once for a few minutes. No sleeping pill. Hope this trend of sleeping at night continues, but must wake up earlier and do more work.
Weighed 124. Unbelievable. I have not cheated. I have not cheated the entire two weeks I have been doing this. I feel so disgusted.
