I have been drinking green smoothies... and eating moderate about of food. It seems to be working for me. I promise myself..if I reach 215 I will start exercising... I know after losing 10 it's gonna be challenging.. I am so ready for the challenge. Right now I am eating 2 small crackers and coffee with skim milk and 2packs of Sweet and Low... this is my last meal for this morning.... it's 0340. I will just have to drink HOT water if I feel hungry....I will be going home around 7am.... I can do it... around 4am I'm going to do 4 flights of stairs...... As sleepy as I am. I will do it. I'm gonna do it. I need to do it and I will do it.

Tonight I can pat myself on the back. During my 12 hour night shift... I ate leafy salad, small bowl of popcorn, 32 oz soda water, one chocolate chip cookie, and half cup of Lentil soup with 4 saltine crackers....I feel full. I didn't need fried food.... This is a hugh change from my old eating habits. Later I will walk the stairs... I want to lose this wgt. I said to myself,, If I get under 220 than my journey is on.... I will actually work harder to lose the wgt. Now, my goal is getting to 209.....I can do it. I promised myself I will... and will document it while at work.... Yes, I can and I will. Too Fit to quit...

I have ate my limit for this shift... If I need to eat anything it will be leafy salad and jello. I am trying my hardest to stay away from 220's... Now that I am 219 I am going to keep it off....

Today, i am sticking with my plan. Hopefully I will lose at aleast 10 pounds by the end of the month...
