I have been drinking green smoothies... and eating moderate about of food. It seems to be working for me. I promise myself..if I reach 215 I will start exercising... I know after losing 10 it's gonna be challenging.. I am so ready for the challenge. Right now I am eating 2 small crackers and coffee with skim milk and 2packs of Sweet and Low... this is my last meal for this morning.... it's 0340. I will just have to drink HOT water if I feel hungry....I will be going home around 7am.... I can do it... around 4am I'm going to do 4 flights of stairs...... As sleepy as I am. I will do it. I'm gonna do it. I need to do it and I will do it.
