thankyou all for the encouraging comments and I have not cheated today, just think it's good to treat yourself sometimes,not all the time :) It's nice to know I'm not the only one who slips up from time to time. worked hard at gym today, weight training. Good for the core

Hi all
I had a chocolate chip cookie today and i dont feel guilty at all , i worked my butt off all week and i havn;t had anything"naughty for weeks" Im not on here as just a "diet" as someone on here commented, Im here for myself to make more effort to be healthier, so the person that said that, Please stop posting negative comments that are uncalled for, you know who you are!Get your own weight down before you start talking to people like you know it all

I think measuring your waist is a good indication to, not just the scales, Ive lost 2 inches, was 34 ,now 32 :)
