good morning all , hope everyone has a great day and i slept like a baby, no more hunger pains yay :), the clothes are getting loser, the cheeks are getting thinner lol

hi everyone.
Im quite happy as today i had a checkup at the doc, and my blood pressure has gone down since 3 months ago and is now normal as it was a little higher, I think its due to my diet, less salty food and my hunger pains at night are getting better now my stomach is ajusting to less food. My weight hasnt changed much since last week but im not panicking, i know im losing it slowly and i dont do crash diets as they never work.

im full after a lunch of fillet of fish and small portion of rice and capsicum.its good when your cravings start going away to eat extras,. thats my downfall in the past , going back for more when im full, recording what i eat helps me stay in reality lol

good morning all, i have had a night of sleeplessness lol my tummy was grumbling but i didnt give in to the fridge tempting me. I got up and weighed myself but im still the same, but in saying that ive lost 2 kg since 3 weeks ago so ive lost a little before i joined here. just for extra mental strength and support, its really good to read others stories and today im going to do a workout, yesterday i burned at least 1000 at the gym, ive been going every day for a week now. My daughter goes with me, shes 19 and I can keep up with her on most things but it takes longer for my weight to drop. since ive been going to the gym for a long time, i realized i wasnt losing the weight because i would think i did a long workout and now i can eat more lol. that is why my weight has not shifted and im so used to working out it takes more effort than it used to. Being fit doesnt mean skinny and people seem to assume skinny people are fitter but i dont think that is the case. Ive seen what under eating can do to a persons health as well as over eating and its just as dangerous, well thats my input,

ive been counting calories now and also eating as much sugar free food as i can and fresh vegetables and fruit included and not eating processed food or very little of it.i started being serious about a week ago
