10 weeks , 10 kilos. Not bad consider I went for an all inclusive holidays for a week.
I'm planning to do 3 weeks more of VLCD and then jump up to 1200 calories per day until I reach 25 BMI (8 kg less)

It has been 2 months since I started my weight loss. It was difficult the first week, as every change in life is. I've managed to lose 9kg which It's about as heavy as a Dachshund dog. ;)
I'm 2 kilos from reaching half of the weight I need to lose but I'm getting there.
Thanks for the support and nice comments, we all are doing great, patient and persistence is key.

Well well well, the holiday's weight gain is gone, quicker than expected. I tend to retain water during holidays, maybe that is why the weigh went so quickly?
I'm back to the usual low carb, low cal diet. Still, 17 kgs to go.
Goal for the end of June: Go down to 76Kg (-1.4kg)

I just came back from my Holidays and I had a fantastic time with brother and friends. Italian food was amazing and I tried the Sicilian typical food.
I decided to go for protein and salad most of the time, however, I had to try a bit of the local pizza and pasta (oops) so the damage to my diet has a number... 1.4 kg,
I came back 3 pounds heavier! I think a big contributor to the weight gain was the amount of wine, cocktails, beers and shots, I'm not a heavy drinker but last week I drank more than I have had in the whole year.
I danced, snorkelled and walked but that did not compensate for the extra calories I had.. I'm out of ketosis and it would take me a good few days to go back to burning mode. My mini goal is to finish the month of June with 76Kg weight (3.5 kilos less). It seems a lot to lose in just 2 weeks.
I'm missing Costa Esmeralda already, such a lovely place.

It was my bday 2 days ago and I had a glass of wine and chunky chips with chicken, vegetables, and creamy mushroom sauce. I reckon around 800-900 calories on that meal. I truly enjoyed it.
However, the aftermath is that I have not lost any weight since then. Tomorrow I'm going to an all-inclusive holiday that was given as a gift from my brother, I could not say NO could I?
I expect some weight gain but hopefully not more than 2 kilos which I will try to lose by the end of June.
I have to admit I feel anxious about derailing and also about the hunger pangs when my body starts to burn down the stored glucose as at the moment my hunger is controlled as my carb intake is never over 60-70grams a day.
Any experiences on weight management during holidays? tips and tricks?
