I'm stalled. I have lost only one kilo in a month.
I'm eating more fats and more calories (around 1400).
I'm 2 kilos behind my goals :( and it looks like I have to cut back to less than 1000 again.
It is dishearting as I don't want to live for ever in 1000-12000 calories a day. Do our metabolisms get damaged when we diet?
On the positive side I'm exactly half way through my ideal weight goal. It took me 15 weeks, I expect the second half takes me 30 weeks (twice the amount)) , meaning up to March. My progress bar is not orange anymore, I'm now in the Yellow zone area. Yay!!

BF weight 24.8 kg, BF % 33.1, Water 49 kg
It seems now I'm losing just a pound a week.
I've noticed I've lost some muscle mass too, so I'm starting to records those stats that are never that accurate anyway hehe ;)

I lost just over a pound last week instead of a kilo as my calorie increased from 800 cal to 1200 cal per day. Expected!
Last week I introduced some carbs and had a few alcoholic drinks, far from the ideal type of calories.
Also,I kept on eye on the type of food I used to have an that I thought it was healthy and I was surprised by the number of calories on them. Example, a granola, fruit yoghurt pot from Pre a Manger is 347 calories and that was my 'healthy breakfast'.It is easy to go over 1500 calories that I would need to have when I reach my ideal weight. It is a bit daunting.
This week I plan to keep the 1200 calories but reduce the carbs and alcohol and see how it goes
