a lot better than what I ended up eating the day before
all this recording about food has suddenly made me thirsty, plus it being a cold day (10c or 50f) I think I will try one of the many unopened herbal teas I have had in the cupboard for 5 months

damn that PMS, I was fine until my craving for chocolate took over, and this was late at night.
at least I know why I was feeling so out of sorts now, just had to have that chocolate, will make sure to have dark chocolate in the house from now on, if I need to have chocolate it would be best to have the proper stuff, that way hopefully I won't need so much

after 5 weighing attempts I finally found a place to put the scales so that I could get a proper weigh in, I have gained 2kg when I put scales in a certain spot and then lost 2 kg in another spot, the floor is evenly tiled, so I don't understand the fluctuation in weight, but this is the most accurate as I believe it to be.
hopefully I can find the spot where I instantly lost 3 kg again, it all depends on which tile I put it on....LOL, just a shame I've forgotten which tile it was

ouch, so that's what a hormonally geared day does to me
women secret business week ....ginger beer really cals up, oh well
one thing I can't do is take the day back
hopefully it will be a better cal day tomorrow

1am. new years day 2018
well, I decided to have the rest of the pudding before the new year, it didn't quiet work out the way I wanted it to, I had pud at midnight
when I finally get to bed, I have a regime ready to go.......
exercise, bike riding on exercise pedals, strength training with bands instructed by exercise physio, water exercises from physio when pool opens.
food intake. I have binge eatting disorder so this is going to be more difficult
will keep to the 2 fruit and 5 veg per day, begin lowering the amount of bread and bready products and just generally improve on food intake
