Woke up after 11 hours sleep, so refreshed! Then even happier at scale! I am below my goal for this week! YEAH! Will be able to swim today also! double yeah.
Hubby leaves for a week work conference tomorrow morning, so I am gonna be able to walk in the AM also. This is a surprise for him. He usually swims in the early morning, but I want to start an extra hour of work out. To see where I am at when he gets home!
my weight is almost where it was in January 2015.(231) I want to get it back to the 200's as quick as possible. Sit ups will begin then too, and the dreaded planks, how I love to hate you planks!
Losing 80 pounds and then gaining 49 back was horrible. I know I can lose it, it takes time, but I am possessed to relose what I lost before...and KEEP IT off!
Doctor's follow up appointment is the 29th and I am gonna show the doctor, I have will power and can be healthy.
