day so full! I swam the hardest ever! Felt my heart rate soar, and felt like I was really getting cardio going! hub still gone on business trip. So I told kids pizza! my fav...got them all situated and I had chicken! it worked.
we watched a movie late last night and hunger and excuses running thru my head. I got a bowl of watermelon and a cheese stick and it was perfect!

yeah me...had a huge group of peeps to my house last night for fun after church...hot dogs ate 2 plain and a couple bits of watermelon! I kept my hand full with iced water bottles!! Up late, late, drank a ton of water...and got up early...and no gain...so I am taking that as WIN!!!
there were brownies, and I even cut them, and not ONE tiny bite! I am purty proud!
tired, but happy

I didn't want to even post. I remember last time I lost weight, I had to move every single day. Yesterday, I sat and just vegged, reading, on the puter, and didn't swim, walk or do anything. It felt good for my brain. but a gain yuck! today, swimming!
