I need to stop getting on scale before bed! disastrous!

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 July 2015:

Lol! Yes...don't do it!! I've learned to do it only on mornings when I didn't drink late at night and I know my tummy is empty. I feel it's more accurate that way. Lol.
