I have been sick for the last week and finally went to the doctor yesterday; what I thought were just allergies is bronchitis. It has been hard to eat right, but I have tried to stick with it and I am still only drinking water. Now my husband has decided to cut back on sodas; unfortunately, he cannot quit cold turkey like I did, but I will take anything as a step in the right direction.
