I agree with relz. You're very likely not eating enough calories, so your body is in starvation mode. Trying eating 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. Another method is to "zig zag" your calories - some bodybuilders alternate days that they eat more calories (say, 1700 and 2300 every other day) to jump start their metabolism. Also, try a little more intense cardio, using intervals. Whatever you do, don't get discouraged. Keep fighting the good fight!
