Weight loss slowed last week and than i gain weight this week. I decide to decrease my RDI 1800 to 1500. I do good workout everyday sometimes twice a day but still gaining weights.

I'm very sad because I'm still have same weight, I obeyed my diet,continued exercies every day. I will try same diet and exercises 1 week more and also cutting 1 service whey protein.
