woo hoo phase 2!! i had lite yogurt for breakfast and an apple for my mid morning snack. it was heaven!!! i am so over eggs!! tomorrow i am going to have cereal for breakfast! man i am way too excited about this.

I GAINED!! I know what my problem is-I discovered lite cool-wip. I cant quit eating it. I even had natural peanut butter and cool wip for breakfast yesterday. I am cutting myself off. wish me luck!!!

ok. so its day 6 and i have noticed no "relief". apparently its a common problem with this diet. So, thanks to you wonderfull ladies and gents i took your advice and chugged 2 cups of coffee this morning. About 2 hours later Bam!! Ive never been so excited to go. Im temped to weigh myself again! :)

Day 4!! I am so glad the yucky feeling is pretty much gone. I have made a pack with a gal at work to start staying after and going up to the gym. Yes I have a gym at work. I have been there almost 4 years and Im just getting around to going! Oh 'twell.
I didn't pack my lunch today so i decided to get some food from the cafeteria. I got some green beans and a piece of grilled chicken. Once i started eating the green beans i about puked because they had sugar in them!!! I guess not having sugar for almost 5 days really made the stand out. Bleh!! I will keep a mental note to stay away!!

woo hoo! one day down and many more to go!! i think i ate too many nuts...i was at a friends house and i started picking at a can of mixed nuts. other than that I think i did pretty well. it definitely helps that my hubby likes to grill. I know that im going to get sick of eggs in the morning, so im going to need to be more creative. Ive been reading a lot of things about using ricotta cheese in stuff and it kind of freaks me out. Ill try to get over it and be open to it. well im off to walk the dog!
