Go big or go home! Mess up ALL the calories or don't mess up any. No lunch packed today so 1 slice of chicken broccoli pizza on which it must have been an aflredo sauce, 1/2 slice of veggie pizza. At North Station, ***EMACK & BOLIO'S*** 1 scoop Chocolate Addiction, 1 scoop Caramel Moose Tracks, IN. A. CHOCOLATE. CUP!! I ate a couple of bites of the chocolate cup but not the whole thing; it was milk chocolate, thank God. Were it dark chocolate, I would have eaten, easily, the whole thing.
1 battle, 1 day lost, does not make it a lost campaign. I start over.

Yeah... On the way to Boston, stopped by Starbucks, grabbed a "Southern Corn Biscuit, chicken sausage, and bacon sandwich. I'll account for it here, but it wasn't planned for. Haven't eaten meat in a few weeks. Will never again be anyone's vegetarian and am learning to feel fully pleased, sated, and happy with meals composed of vegetables, fruits, and such. Don't want to start, again, rubbing food all over my pains and anxieties. This is the last Saturday that I'll spend in what was once our home for 12 years. In the midst of much uncertainty, having achievable dietary and health goals helps.
