I felt so good yesterday until 3 and I crashed. I felt hot and tired. I started feeling queasy. Even when I went home I didn't feel right. I ended up not eating and laying down at 8. Keira didn't go to bed so I just watched TV until Trevor got home. I was in bed by 9.
Today I feel up and down. I feel right now tired but it could be adjusting to this way of eating.
Ovr all thought I feel much more like myself. I am looking forward to Vegas cause it seems more like a reality now. I have to book the flight in the next paycheck or 2.

I am feeling so much better than I have in a long time. I have a bounce to my step. Today is day five. I am probably over extending how much and where I am writing everything down. I have a log and I also keep track here but I need to. It was funny finding my old journal entries. I had done well, lost about 16lbs.
Since I am now under 200 my next goal is to get to 175 and then go from there. I hope there I can do this for a long time and don't get side tracked.
I am at work and I just feel so good. I am listening to music and I just want to dance. Today is the first day of the walking/running group at work. I am planing on doing couch to 5k plan. I just hope I don't isolate myself from the other people. I want to make friends and hopefully this will make me accountable more than doing this by myself. Which didn't really work anyway. I had the bag in the car but never went to TCID's gym.
20lbs til I get to 175....Here I go.
I can't wait til Ana see's me at Vegas!
Lastly it's not all about the weight it's about my health so I can be there for Keira many years from now. It's about my blood sugar and also teaching her how to eat healthy. I believe I can be the best role model for her reguarding eat right. My mother wasn't really a help in that department.
Anyway I am rambling. I will check in by Friday.

I got new batteries but the weight was the same so I am not sure if the scaple is working properly. I will look for a rest button. But this is the first time I have been under 200 in 6 years. Just before I found out I was pregnant.

So far I woke up this morning feeling good. I wasn't bloated like usual.
This morning at 8:30 had greep peppers, onions, mushrooms, 5oz ground beef, 1oz cheddar cheese and olive oil for breakfast supper yummy
Didn't eat until 11:30 for my snack which was an advantage coconut almond delight bar. Starting to feel a headache starting now. Will take some advil soon
Will be having celery and a laughing cow wedge for lunch. Possibly the shake too
