I felt so good yesterday until 3 and I crashed. I felt hot and tired. I started feeling queasy. Even when I went home I didn't feel right. I ended up not eating and laying down at 8. Keira didn't go to bed so I just watched TV until Trevor got home. I was in bed by 9.
Today I feel up and down. I feel right now tired but it could be adjusting to this way of eating.
Ovr all thought I feel much more like myself. I am looking forward to Vegas cause it seems more like a reality now. I have to book the flight in the next paycheck or 2.

Did you just start Atkins? I had similar feelings the first couple of weeks. I feel much better now though. Hang in there.
