Hello, I am a 20 year old student in the Philadelphia area. I am very active and play Rugby for my University team. I struggle with my weight even though I am an athlete. I ballooned up to 205 lbs two years ago, on a 5'6 frame. Right now I am at 180 lbs. I am looking to get down to 155-160 lbs by March 2012. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk to work Monday-Friday. I loosely follow the Meditterranean diet.
My problem is I eat too many calories per day >2000 kcal. I've tried reducing carbs but I am constantly hungry and then tend to overeat at the next meal. If you have any words of wisdom don't hesitate to contact me.
