Been doing better this week. Lost another half a pound so maybe that will continue on until my actual weigh in Sunday. I asked my hubby for Tae Bo Amped for Christmas. I love Tae Bo. :) I've got one Tae Bo where u use small weighted balls that fit in ur hand but I never had the balls. WalMart has some on sale now so I may grab some today. If they haven't sold out. That'd be my luck. Anywho, I'll just be happy when I get down below 160. Still will be far from my goal but the 150s never looked so promising. HAHA :)

Ok no change this week but I cheated more than I should have. No loss is better than gain though. Back on track today. Had oatmeal this morning and a turkey sandwich for meal 2 (on 100% whole grain bread). I'm doing EFS so bread is already allowed. :) I also only worked out like 4 days 'cause I was working a lot of OT at work. No excuses this week though. And I'll "redo" week 2 next week. After that I'll probably stick to a healthy diet as outlined in the book but not eat every meal exactly as it's lined up in the book. I don't want my body to be like yeah yeah I know what I get to eat today. Then the loss will stop. So yeah that's the plan. I also started doing Tae Bo again. I think mixing Tae Bo, Silm in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, and the elliptical will be a good way to keep my body guessing. YAY! Ok, just finished Turbo Sculpt (gotta love Comcast Exercise On Demand). So need to hit the showers. Hope everyone is doing well.

So far today I've only eaten the 4 listed meals. No snacks (not even the allowed ones). And I'm not hungry. Really wasn't very hungry at times to eat. But I know eating all the meals are important. So yeah, I'm excited the hungry feelings are going away. Woohoo.
