I am a 25yr female that currently works as an ICU RN. Which means I work under extreme stress on a daily basis. I had found since becoming a RN I have always used my job as an excuse of being too tired and unmotivated to live a healthy lifestyle. January 1st 2010 I had a complete change of mindset. I decided that this was the year that I was going to get my fitness level back on track. I committed to complete Sprint Triathlon in August. Which for me was a big undertaking. In order to reach my goal of completing the triathlon I knew I needed to find fitness plan. I started by joining a gym but I was still lacking motivation and an actual workout plan to get my fitness level back on track. Thankfully my best friend Lori Hollis introduced me to Beachbody. We took an adventurous rode trip to Nebraska to for the Beachbody game plan event. I learned about the amazing opportunities Beachbody offers but I was still hesitant. I decided I in order to get started I would try the P90X program. I ended up finishing the entire 90 day program and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did it help me to reach my weight loss goals, it gave me the jump start I needed for my triathlon training. After my 90 day formation I was sold on beach body products. The results speak for themselves. I now want to expand my knowledge and help others reach their fitness goals by becoming a Independent Beachbody Coach!!!
