I've used this website before and it definitely helped me to lose some weight last year, but being me I've managed to put it all back on, and more :(

I've realise that I love food far too much, and when I'm not monitoring myself I get through 4 or 5 tubs of ice cream a week, as well as numerous pizzas, currys, and vast amounts of garlic bread.

Anyway, I'm trying again.
Carbohydrate is a definite weakness of mine, as is fruit juice and dairy products.
I'm back at my parents over Christmas and will be here about a month, which means 'better' food than when I'm at uni. I just have to try not to eat too much of it.

Congratulations!!

I'm in the middle of my first week at the moment, and things like that are what make me want to keep going.

Cravings
I need help.
I find it so Hard to deal with my cravings.

I'm desperate for some cheese, peanut butter, or a thick slab sawn off a crusty white loaf and slathered in butter.
I want crumbly goats cheese on oat cakes, or a thick wedge of shropshire blue, or just to scoop peanut butter from the jar with wedges of carrot.

Right now, I've gone upstairs, away from the food, with a mug of herbal tea and another pint of water.
If it gets any worse, I'm going to brush my teeth or have some sugarfree gum.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can get past my food urges?
