So I'm back to trying to lose weight again. I recently got out of the army and put on about 20 lbs. I'm trying to lose all of that, but it was easier in the Army. I try to diet, but I know diet alone won't work for me. I really enjoy food and I want to eat snacks most days. I do well at work because I'm drinking water all day and the only snacks are in a vending machine. I'm pretty cheap. Once I get home, there's all kinds of bad food. I'm currently staying at my mom's house and she just buys whatever she wants. I try to tell her and she just thinks eating a salad every now and then is healthy enough. My family also looks at me like I'm not eating whenever I eat enough and stop. We're used to eating until we can't eat anymore, but I know that's what got me 20lbs too heavy. I avoid cokes as best I can. On average, I drink one a week. I want to buy some cupcakes right now, but that's 400 calories I don't need..... :(
