Wii Fit
I also hate everything about gyms, from the smells, to the people, to the outfits, to the music. But I liked very much the "girls only" gym! I have the most fun there and it doesn't take so much time from my day.
As for videogames, I never tried Wii Fit, but I love to dance with Michael Jackson The Experience on my Wii. It's so much fun and makes me sweat a whole bunch of calories.

Looking for buddies...
Hi girls! I'm from Brazil and joined FS today. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. Not only I'm addicted to food and eating for all sorts of emotional reasons, I also have thyroid disfunction, so it's really really hard for me to loose weight. For you to have an idea, I joined weight watchers at the age of seven (imagine that!).
A few years ago I read Dr. Atkins book and found what was the best thing for me. I'm 156 cm tall and since I started Atkins I went from 82kg down to 60kg. Unfortunately, I got "confortable" and started cheating and now (2 years later) I'm back to 75kg again.
I'm going back to my Atkins lifestyle today and I'm looking for buddies here to share the everyday challenges and encourage each other. I know we have good days and bad days and maybe a buddy can bring us back to track when we have those mood changes. I would be so happy if anyone wants to add me as a buddy
