I've never really been on a diet before... when I was in highschool I watched my calories a lot but basically ate anything and just did a lot of sports. I used to be way skinny but after taking birth control and moving to another state I went from 125 to 147 in a matter of 3 or 4 months. I've since lost 12 pounds and I figure maybe going on a diet will help me lose that last stubborn 10.
Plus, I'm getting married in September and I want to look fabulous!
