performance: gaining 0.9 lb a week
30 and overweight, wish I was skinny- not to look great (necessarily) but to do the sport I LOVE more competitively. I am a barrel racer with a great horse, but poor guy has a major handicap to pack me around those barrels! My weight is a major disadvantage, so this is my biggest motivater. My office job doesn't help, and being a mom of 2 allows for little or no time to work out. I want to pass on good food habits to my children. My husband and I overeat together- and I can see that he is not his same healthy self either. I am hoping that Ultrametabolism is "the one."
