Well, took a break from logging my food, and from taking the right decisions, it seem... :)
Getting back on that horse by cutting on carbs a bit, and things should get back to normal.

Well, I had my vacations, and I kinda dropped the programs and the rules. Drank a bit more than usual, indulged in sweets also.
But I kept running (did a 20 km/14 mi trail run yesterday, took us 4h15 min).
And I will get back to what I was and better in no time!
Today is the first day of the rest of your life, make the best of it, starting now!

Hello all! Makin' good progress. Jogging every other day or so, had an awesome month of May with a total of 135 km. June will be significantly lower as I took the first week almost off, and then had a slow second week.
Eating pretty much what I want, but taking care of limiting portion size (and trying to stay away from sugar most of the time). Still intermittently fasting about 16:8 most of the days.
Summer is almost upon us, enjoying the yard and the outside with the family! Take care and keep it up!

Doing well over here! Not overdoing myself in patio drinks or late ice cream at the shop next block. Not reporting what I eat, but it feels like I'm doing well! I'll try and write down a bit more what I eat, that helps me find the "leaks in my game" i.e. where I feel like I eat ok, but in fact I don't. And make that whole process keep going the right way!
