Had a reasonable week. Kept the sugar intake on the low end (I can't cut off totally, that'd be a recipe for disaster). But I'll keep cutting as much as I can, checking my portion size and things should continue to get better.

Tabarnaaaak! As we say around here... Confinement, baking like a madman (breads of all kinds) and a foot injury preventing me from jogging did me quite a number. Time to get things back under control.

Even though I'm not a 100% on plan, just keeping tabs helps to straighten things up a bit. That's a start! Foot healing well, should get back to jogging next week (finally found out that the source of the problem was a thigh hip).

Was pretty good over the week end, not too much sugar, but I ate a bit too much. This explains that. Things should get back to normal during the week.
