Less than steady logging, too much bread (jeez I love bread) and sweets, is having it's comeback. Other than that, I keep active, and have fun. At that point, I think I'm doing pretty good.
But I'd like to go down another 10 lbs... So I'll try and be a little steadier on the logging, and cut down on sugar and bread.

Happy New year to all, FatSecreters! Back at it with the new number on the calendar. Quite surprised at the scale today, but at the same time, was pretty careful regarding what I ate in the last few months.
For new years wishes : to all of you, I hot that the best of 2021 be your worst in 2022!

Well, that was too nice to be true (or was it?). It feels like I made a typo last time, and wanted to write 196.4, but it ended up taking only 194... In that case, I'm just stable, which is alright with me considering that I was away for work and lived on take out and restaurant food for a few days.

Wow! After a few weeks on a plateau, even though I'm not keeping a strict diet (fall comfort food), it seems like I'm still doing it right!

Not too sure where that comes from, I was relatively good at following the plan, had a couple drinks I maybe shouldn't have had... ha well! I feel like I'm on the right path, bodyweight training 2-3 times a week, some stretching, and jogging too. Keeping myself accountable on the eating side, and not abusing the drinks.
Things should get on the right path soon.
