I.. dont even know how. I'll add in the compulsory "if you said i'd lose this much in a week" part also. I've done 0 extra exercise (i know that's not something I should be proud of) to lose the weight. I've just watched what I eat, and boy do I feel different. I see good differently and I'm feeling a bit more perkier in myself. :D

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this, but how long did it take a few of you to stop getting that feeling of just being hungry before your body
adjusted
to generally eating less. I have a huge appetite regardless of how much I've eaten and it's probably going to be the hardest thing for me to overcome.

So I scanned the barcode on a chocolate cake I have as a mid morning snack and it was 435 calories!!! I looked at my colleague and was like, yeah no I'm not even going to. Threw it straight into the bin.

So today I started stopping smoking and began my journey to reach a weight that I'll be comfortable with. Now I just have to tell my mum she can't cook pasta every night. Us damn Italians.
