So I scanned the barcode on a chocolate cake I have as a mid morning snack and it was 435 calories!!! I looked at my colleague and was like, yeah no I'm not even going to. Threw it straight into the bin.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 June 2015:

I should add it's a chocolate cake bar. Not an entire cake haha

i know this might not be my place to say it.. but try eating more healthy breakfast. For example omelette (you Italians can make some brilliant fritata! :)) , or make a milkshake with half banana and some spinach .. (tastes surprisingly well) and if you add some protein into it it will keep you satiated for quite awhile. Cereal has loads of sugar and not that much nutrition.. so you feel hungry right after you ate.. :) if you need some tips do let me know :) and good luck!

I remember seeing how many calories in a flapjack (which many people would think was a 'healthy' option)!! Scary stuff.
