So I have completed day one of the C25K running program. I feel really good about it, but I have reached the all to familiar point in my "get healthy" plan where I am fighting against the SEE-FOOD diet. You know the one where whatever food you see you want to eat it!! I am not even hungry but I have got the munchies like Woody Harrilson after a bender.
Oh well. Hopefully this feeling will pass quickly, but if it doesn't, I will at least try to SEE-HEALTHY-FOOD..................

Okay so we went to Round Table for lunch. I had with a little too much ranch, one small slice of vegetarian pizza and one small slice of hawaiian. I finished it off with one cinamon knot. Not too bad, wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. I think I will try and boost my cardio this weekend though.

I had another good workout this morning. Up at 0'dark thirty and spent 50 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I am starting the C25K challenge on Monday so I have been trying to get in some 1 minute jogging practice.
Today will be a challenge, we are goung to Round Table for lunch. I am going to really will myself to stick to mostly salad instead of pizza. We'll see how that goes. Anyway, I will log what I have at least.

Okay so this might not be a big deal for everyone, but it is for me. Someone brought in donuts this morning and I turned my nose up at them and ate the cantaloupe that I brought for a snack. What is it that they say, baby steps!!
